The Weld Engineering Specialist supports project launches through welding processes, tooling, documentation, and testing. You will develop and revise ITPs, secure approvals, maintain shop documentation, and provide weld-related status updates. The position also supports equipment and facility improvements, tooling design, and welding activities across Arrow Off Road as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and revise ITPs for internal and external approval
- Support project launches with welding processes and tooling
- Maintain documentation meeting quality system requirements




- Provide status updates during production and project meetings
- Support welding equipment, facility, and tooling improvements

Requirements:

- Welding and fabrication, mechanical, materials, or robotics education
- Red Seal Welding Certification
- One-plus years as CWB Level 2 inspector or AWS equivalent
- Experience with CEI Prowrite or other procedure software
- Ability to sit, stand, and maneuver steel parts
