Who We Are

At BlueCosmo, we keep people connected where cell coverage ends. From remote adventures to critical business operations, we provide satellite phones, messengers, and data solutions that help people stay connected when it matters most.

As a Roadpost brand, we partner with leading satellite networks, including Iridium and Inmarsat, and offer trusted products like ZOLEO. But we’re more than just a hardware retailer; our business is built on lasting subscriber relationships, with recurring airtime services at the heart of what we do.

We’re focused on growing that connection – bringing new customers on board, keeping existing subscribers engaged, and delivering reliable communication beyond the reach of cellular networks.

Why This Role Matters

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in growing and protecting BlueCosmo’s airtime subscriber base through effective digital marketing strategies. Balancing disciplined customer acquisition with long-term subscriber retention, you’ll independently manage initiatives that strengthen our recurring‑revenue business.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and creative partners, you’ll translate business objectives into measurable marketing outcomes, ensuring our digital channels deliver sustainable growth and a compelling customer experience.

What You’ll Do

- Keep Subscribers Coming Back. Develop and optimize email and SMS lifecycle campaigns, including onboarding, renewal, and win‑back programs, to reduce churn, improve re‑activation, and increase subscriber lifetime value.
- Execute Acquisition Campaigns. Plan and manage e‑commerce and Amazon campaigns, including hardware‑with‑service offers, to drive profitable subscriber growth. Define KPIs,

work within assigned budgets, and own the cost of acquisition against return targets.
- Optimize E‑Commerce and Digital Experiences. Improve website and Amazon conversion through product listings, airtime plan pages, checkout flows, and A/B testing. Coordinate the website’s shift toward a service‑first experience, working with designers and stakeholders to deliver improvements.
- Own Google Ads and Amazon Ads Execution. Independently build, launch, and optimize campaigns on both platforms. Use platform‑native AI and automation to improve bidding, targeting, and budget efficiency, and explain performance through ROAS, CAC, and profitability. Direct paid media agencies and creative partners while retaining hands‑on ownership of in‑house execution.
- Put AI to Work. Use AI tools to streamline campaign development, content creation, reporting, and creative concepts. Identify automation opportunities that improve efficiency while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
- Turn Data into Decisions. Use GA4, advertising analytics, and conversion tracking to monitor KPIs, evaluate performance, and recommend improvements based on reliable data.
- Own Campaign Execution. Independently manage marketing initiatives from briefing through launch and post‑campaign review. Coordinate stakeholders, address risks proactively,

and apply learnings to improve future results.

What You Bring

- Relevant Background. 5‑7 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, ideally in e‑commerce, direct‑to‑consumer, or subscription‑based businesses, with demonstrated ownership of measurable marketing outcomes.
- Google and Amazon Ad Mastery (Essential). Deep, hands‑on expertise in both platforms, including independent campaign execution, optimization, measurement, and practical use of their AI‑powered features, is required.
- Lifecycle Marketing Expertise. Experience with email and SMS automation, subscriber retention, and re‑activation using Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- E‑Commerce and Conversion Optimization. Experience with Amazon Seller or Vendor Central, product listing optimization, landing pages, and A/B testing. Familiarity with Helium 10 or Pacvue is an asset.
- AI and Automation. Practical experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or AI‑enabled marketing platforms to improve productivity and marketing execution.
- Project Ownership and Collaboration. Robust organizational and communication skills, with the ability to independently manage initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, and resolve challenges.
- Digital Marketing Versatility. Sound brand and content judgment, with familiarity in SEO, Shopify, or other content management systems. Experience in outdoor/adventure, travel, maritime, or technology and hardware is an asset.

What Success Looks Like

- Within 3 Months. You’ve assessed existing marketing performance, identified opportunities, and implemented initial improvements across acquisition, retention, and conversion.
