Yee Hong seeks a Personal Support Worker to assist residents with daily activities and hygiene while supporting physical, social, and emotional needs. The successful candidate works within a resident-centred model and follows relevant standards, residents’ rights, and organizational philosophy. Experience with PointClickCare, Microsoft Office, or behavioural management training is valuable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide safe assistance with residents’ daily activities
- Deliver personal hygiene care respectfully and consistently
- Support residents’ physical, social, and emotional needs




- Maintain resident-centred care during regular contact
- Work days, evenings, nights, weekends, or short shifts

Requirements:

- Graduate of an approved Ontario Personal Support Worker program
- Current CPR Certificate required
- Resident-centred focus with solid interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative and manage time
- Registration with HSCPOA preferred
