Reporting to the Assistant Director of HR, this full-time, indeterminate position supports SPSDP, succession planning, and employee relations. You will advise managers and employees while coordinating program administration, practical guidance, and development resources. The role requires English and French abilities at B2. University degree in human resources or related field At least five years of human resources experience Experience supporting performance management and employee development Robust advisory, communication, analytical, and organizational skills Bilingual English and French abilities at B2 level Bring sound judgment, confidentiality, and HR program expertise to PSAC’s performance, succession planning, and employee relations work.
