Earth Angels Home Care seeks a full-time Caregiver Manager, LPN, to guide caregivers from recruitment through field operations. This position combines practical nursing leadership with retention, competency development, and employee relations. You will support safe non-medical care, accurate EVV and payroll processes, and service delivery throughout Bridgewater and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee caregiver recruitment, screening, interviews, references, and hiring
- Execute 90-day onboarding, check-ins, field visits, and recognition programs
- Validate competency through demonstrations, scenarios, and field observations




- Review care plans and clarify caregiver scope before assignments
- Manage incidents, WCB claims, and secure return-to-work plans

Requirements:

- Active good-standing NSCN registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Three or more years of clinical practical nursing experience
- Experience with retention frameworks and caregiver engagement
- Proficiency with EVV, LMS, payroll files, and credential tracking
- Knowledge of WCB, OHS, labor standards, and NSNP is an asset
