Construction finance leadership meets detailed accounting ownership in this fully onsite Financial Controller position supporting projects across Southwestern Ontario. Reporting to the General Manager, the Financial Controller leads company-wide accounting and financial operations. The work spans full-cycle accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, cash flow analysis, and construction loan funding. This lean organization offers direct exposure to ownership and senior leadership while supporting active and upcoming construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

Own AR, AP, GL, payroll, banking, and revenue recognition Lead budgets, forecasts, variance analysis,



and monthly statements Analyze land purchases and prepare pro-forma cash flows Coordinate construction loan funding and draw documentation Develop controls, procedures, tax filings, and reporting Requirements:

Five-plus years accounting and finance experience in construction Robust full-cycle accounting, budgeting, and cost control knowledge Sage accounting software experience preferred Organizational skills managing competing deadlines Legal eligibility to work in Canada Apply your construction accounting, forecasting, and financial control expertise across Southwestern Ontario projects and company operations.
