You will manage multiple openings while tracking qualified applicants, interview attendance, offers, acceptance rates, actual starts, and early retention. The position also supports retail, business sales, and other group companies as needed, requiring accurate records and steady coordination with hiring managers, sales leaders, and the HR Generalist.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize job fairs, campus activities, hiring events, and sessions
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruitment database records




- Report recruitment results and identify performance trends

Requirements:
