Build production ML and GenAI systems in Toronto as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer supporting CTC’s customer intelligence platform.

This senior engineer will own a strategic platform combining machine learning, generative AI, and large-scale transaction data. You will transition a third-party engine into CTC ownership while supporting Personalization, marketing, merchandising, dealer, and customer analytics uses. The work requires advanced Python, SQL, PySpark, and Spark skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technical transition of the customer intelligence platform
- Run scoring, catalogue refreshes, releases, monitoring, and incident investigations
- Develop classification, clustering, features, validation, and drift management
- Design GenAI prompts, controls, evaluations,



and catalogue workflows
- Establish testing, deployment, rollback, observability, and documentation practices

Requirements:

- Graduate-level education in a related technical discipline
- Five or more years delivering production ML or AI solutions
- Hands-on production GenAI and prompt engineering experience
- Advanced Python, SQL, PySpark, and Spark skills
- Azure, Databricks, MLflow, and CI/CD experience
