Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with technical complexity Plan, direct, and monitor program execution Advise clients on program decisions and risks Develop program management plans, processes, and tools Monitor quality, financial performance, and contract compliance Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline At least ten years of program management experience At least four years as a Senior Program Manager PE, P.Eng, PMP, PgMP, AICP, or CCM certification Experience leading major infrastructure programs Bring strategic program leadership, client advising, and water infrastructure expertise to HDR’s multidisciplinary delivery teams.
