Coordinate IT products and services for customers as an Inside Sales Representative at Quadbridge, serving its national technology business.
This role collaborates with Sales Operations, Services, suppliers, Account Managers, and customers to deliver solutions efficiently. Responsibilities span hardware, software, services, orders, quotes, backorders, and prospect administration. French and English are required for customers outside Quebec.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble technology solutions from hardware, software, and services
- Work with suppliers to build configurations
- Coordinate efficiently with Sales Operations and Services
- Communicate delays and available comparable solutions
- Enter pipeline updates and submit deal registrations
Requirements:
- Two to four years of relevant customer service experience
- Sales and prospecting experience is an asset
- French and English verbal and written fluency
- College degree or equivalent
- Analytical, responsible, motivated, and detail-oriented approach
