Support equipment reliability and project delivery in Vancouver while applying preventative maintenance and hands-on engineering skills. Travel is expected during initial training. The Reliability/Project Engineer supports the recent Vancouver distribution centre and existing operations. Responsibilities include equipment monitoring, continuous improvement, project implementation, and operational immersion. The first four months include approximately one week monthly at facilities in Calgary and Oshawa for training and knowledge transfer. Key Responsibilities:

Check refrigeration equipment and complete necessary repairs or adjustments Monitor equipment and adjust operations to reduce utility costs Develop preventative maintenance and emergency response programs Lead project design, installation,



and commissioning activities Analyze reliability patterns and facilitate continuous improvement Requirements:

Proven knowledge of refrigerated warehouse environments Three to five years of experience in similar roles Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and report writing skills Proven performance in continuous improvement environments Technical education or training preferred; mechanical or electrical experience an asset Apply reliability engineering, preventative maintenance, and project leadership skills across Reyes distribution centre operations in Vancouver.
