The Restaurant Operations Lead oversees Team Members and assigned restaurant activities during a specific shift. You will maintain company, Resort, Provincial, Federal, Health and Safety, and labor requirements. The position also supports daily inventories, income tracking, waste control, portioning, and required operational checklists.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily inventories and control waste product portioning
- Track and deposit restaurant income received during shifts
- Maintain compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures
- Maintain secure work environments and follow Health and Safety requirements
- Complete necessary daily and weekly shift checklists accurately

Requirements:

- High school diploma
- One to two years of related experience or training
- Ability to interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
- Basic math, calculation, and time management abilities
- Knowledge of POS systems preferred
