As a Business Analyst on PLATO’s Data team, you will gather and document requirements, define data specifications, and validate delivered solutions. The work requires business requirements analysis, Oracle SQL, and product development proficiency. You will collaborate with Data Engineers and the Product Owner to align solutions with stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Elicit, document, and validate data and reporting requirements
- Translate business needs into actionable data specifications
- Contribute to backlog refinement, user stories, and acceptance criteria




- Use SQL to validate datasets and confirm solution accuracy
- Document data quality issues and resolution approaches

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of relevant experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis
- Beginner proficiency in Oracle SQL
- Beginner proficiency in Product Development
- Reliability clearance or higher when applying
