Drive finance transformation, process consistency, and expense control across the Americas while leading teams in New York, Metropark, and Montreal. As Head of Planning and Management Control, you will establish effective policies, procedures, workflows, and reporting support across multiple locations. You will lead nine professionals, improve operational organization, and coordinate financial activities with internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include forecasting, closing entries, recharges, allocations, and management reporting. Key Responsibilities:
