Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate competitive technical and commercial proposals
- Ensure compliant submissions meet established procedures
- Collaborate with customers, sales, and suppliers
- Maintain accurate assumptions, decisions, and outcomes
- Improve bid quality and win rates

Requirements:

- 12+ years in industrial automation or digital solutions
- Experience with large, complex, multi-technology bids
- Bachelor of Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of APM, APC/RTO, MES, EMS, and Digital IOT
- Ability to lead distributed teams in matrix organizations
