The Technical Supervisor directs event technology activities while supporting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will oversee intermediate audiovisual setups, troubleshoot issues, and maintain effective client communication. The position also includes technician workflow direction, staff development, equipment maintenance, and venue coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead accurate audiovisual equipment setup, operation, and breakdown
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve event problems quickly
- Direct technician workflow and organize daily floor activities




- Meet guests and monitor equipment throughout events

Requirements:

- Three to five years of audiovisual experience required
