Design low-power AI processor circuits at Irréversible using analog mixed-signal expertise and transistor-level CMOS simulation. The role is based in Sherbrooke. As an Integrated Circuit Designer, you will work with engineers and scientists across physics, computer science, mathematics, and engineering. You will develop core electronic components for edge AI applications, supporting specifications, architecture, validation, and optimization. The work spans circuit design, software models, verification, documentation, and silicon testing. Responsabilités principales:

Design integrated circuit blocks from concept through layout Define specifications and architecture with cross-functional teams Perform circuit simulations, validation, and optimization Conduct design reviews,



verification, and lifecycle documentation Assist with silicon testing and post-silicon validation Exigences:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related technical discipline Experience in analog or mixed-signal integrated circuit design Expertise in transistor-level CMOS design and simulation Proficiency with Cadence, Synopsys, or equivalent IC EDA tools Knowledge of Verilog-A or SPICE modeling Apply analog design, CMOS simulation, and validation skills to Irréversible’s low-power AI processor development in Sherbrooke.
