Analyze Wealth data and improve iD8 adoption as a Senior Business Analyst with TD in Toronto, Ontario, supporting reporting and stakeholder communications.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Wealth Process Excellence, you will support iD8 implementation and growth across Wealth businesses. The work combines data analysis, executive reporting, colleague engagement, and explicit communication. You will identify trends, risks, anomalies, and opportunities while helping implement suggestions and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze program, workforce, and productivity data
- Develop executive reports, scorecards, dashboards, and automated reporting
- Translate complex data into recommendations for senior leaders
- Coordinate data collection, validation, consolidation, and reporting




- Support iD8 adoption, governance, and colleague engagement programs

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, mathematics, or related field
- Five or more years in analytics or business reporting
- Experience managing datasets and executive reporting
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, organization, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-building abilities
