Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Director of Business Development for Urgent Care. This role leads the full cycle on large multi-location deals, from initial discovery to signed contracts, with meetings including owners, regional operators and marketing leaders. One win opens the door to further locations and services. The ideal candidate closes $1M+ annually and thrives in long, consultative cycles without a mandate to manage others.
