Under the Human Resources Supervisor, the Human Resources Generalist assists with daily unit operations. Hands-on training and job shadowing are provided. The position requires confidentiality, computer application knowledge, and communication with diverse groups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with day-to-day human resources unit operations
- Conduct interviews and orientations in northern communities
- Maintain strict confidentiality within the unit
- Communicate effectively with diverse groups

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or related previous experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, email, and computer applications
- Ontario Driver’s Licence or willingness to obtain one
