You will support residents while coordinating nursing services, leading shift reports, and directing Registered Practical Nurses and Personal Support Workers. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide professional nursing care to long-term care residents
- Coordinate nursing and other resident services
- Lead shift reports with the health care team
- Record significant changes in residents’ conditions
- Review and process physician orders promptly

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Geriatric, rehabilitation, or long-term care nursing knowledge
