Build AI agents for finance as Search Atlas’s Director of Finance, working remotely from Canada or Latin America on EST hours. Own automation, reporting, and close operations.

This full time contract role owns the finance function and leads the team. You will build automations for close, reconciliations, and reports using tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor. The work includes QuickBooks Online, Stripe, SaaS metrics, and US GAAP.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build AI agents for close, reconciliations, reporting, and finance work
- Lead the finance team and own the function end to end
- Close monthly books across multiple entities
- Move accounting from cash to accrual
- Report forecasts, cash, ARR, NRR, and churn

Requirements:

- Built personal AI agents and automations for real work
- Six plus years in finance with team leadership experience
- Experience reporting P&L; across multiple entities
- Deep QuickBooks Online and Stripe reconciliation skills
- Experience with US GAAP and SaaS metrics

Own agentic finance at Search Atlas through AI automation, accurate close processes, QuickBooks expertise, and SaaS reporting.
