Key Responsibilities:

- Develop ML and GenAI models for customer shopping missions
- Design prompts, context strategies, and model-tuning approaches
- Build evaluation frameworks with test sets and human review
- Design experiments and quantify model improvements
- Work with engineers to productionize models and evaluations

Requirements:

- Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline, preferably PhD
- 5+ years developing ML or AI models
- Advanced Python with SQL, PySpark, and large-scale datasets
- Hands-on LLM, prompt engineering, and foundation model experience
- Experience with Azure, Databricks, and MLflow
