Lead pension systems, data governance, and operational improvements as a Manager supporting a national organization’s benefits administration. Reporting to the Director of Pension & Benefits Operations, you will manage three professionals and oversee SaaS pension and perks systems. The work combines pension administration, systems management, data governance, vendor relationships, and operational reporting. Your leadership will support system integrity, security, compliance, and service improvements. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee SaaS pension and benefits platform maintenance and enhancements Lead, coach, and develop three project reporting professionals Drive process improvements and technology-enabled operational efficiencies Manage technology vendors, implementations,



and service providers Ensure privacy, security, and legislative compliance Requirements:

University degree in a related technical or actuarial discipline Five to seven years administering Defined Benefit pensions and benefits At least three years managing and developing teams Advanced Excel and experience working with large datasets Vendor, project management, and stakeholder relationship capabilities Apply your pension administration, systems leadership, data governance, and vendor management expertise to strengthen benefits operations.
