As a Sales Development Representative, you will own the top of the funnel for L Squared’s Microsoft Azure built digital signage platform. You will identify target accounts, qualify inbound and outbound leads, manage pipeline activity, and develop conversations through personalized outreach. The role emphasizes HubSpot, Account Based Marketing, parallel dialing, and measurable meeting targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute outbound prospecting through calling, email, LinkedIn, and SMS
- Use parallel dialing to maximize conversations with decision makers




- Research target accounts and personalize multi touch outreach
- Qualify leads and book discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate HubSpot records and collaborate with sales teams

Requirements:

- Two years of cold calling, outbound sales, or SDR experience
- Hands on CRM experience, preferably HubSpot
- Experience with parallel dialing or power dialing systems
- Post secondary education in business, marketing, communications, or related fields
- Ability to work in North York five days weekly
