Keep linen services moving at Eatonville Care Centre in Etobicoke as a Casual Laundry Aide, handling processing, delivery, and equipment care. Flexible schedule support vacant shifts.

This casual position reports to the Environmental Services Manager and supports established laundry policies and procedures. Duties include receiving, classifying, washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens and personal clothing. You may also assist with repairs, ironing, mending, seamstress work, and light duty housekeeping where applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Classify laundry loads by type, condition, weight, and classification
- Operate washers and dryers according to designated times
- Observe equipment and report malfunctions to supervisors
- Maintain supplies,



machines, floors, and laundry facilities
- Complete other assigned tasks as required

Requirements:

- Basic washer and dryer operation knowledge
- Some knowledge of laundry process chemicals
- Ability to follow established policies and procedures
- Ability to work from the heart and make others smile
- Clear screening, recent TB test, and three supervisory references
