Apply certified millwright expertise to troubleshooting, welding, and maintenance at Innophos’s manufacturing plant and maintenance shop. Full-time weekday shifts run 7:00am-3:00pm.

As a Certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright, you will inspect, install, fabricate, repair, and assemble industrial equipment. The work includes mechanical maintenance, pipefitting, carpentry, masonry, automotive functions, and rigging. You will interpret drawings, plan procedures, select materials, and calculate requirements for jobs. Innophos manufactures specialty ingredient solutions for food, health, nutrition, and industrial markets. Current Certificate of Qualification 433A is required, with stainless steel and steel welding experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, install, and maintain industrial machinery
- Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding in all positions




- Dismantle, assemble, align, lubricate, and adjust mechanical equipment
- Fabricate and install piping for industrial process lines
- Support emergency breakdown repairs and perform required rigging

Requirements:

- Current Certificate of Qualification 433A required
- Stainless steel and steel welding experience preferred
- Related food or chemical manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to handle heavy objects and frequent physical demands
- Ability to follow Valuable Manufacturing Practices and safety standards
