Oroshi Fish Co. is a premium takeout sushi shop opening a new location near Yonge and Eglinton. We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our opening team: someone friendly, organized and detail-oriented who can lead on the service counter and keep service running smoothly.

What you’ll do

- Support the Store Manager in running daily operations and lead shifts in their absence
- Manage service inventory, track supplies and place orders
- Oversee order accuracy and packing quality
- Deliver and model excellent, efficient counter service
- Help train and support front-of-house staff
- Assist with light kitchen prep
- Keep the store clean, organized and welcoming

What we’re looking for





- Customer service experience; supervisory or food service experience a plus
- Comfortable multitasking and making decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented
- Available 5 days a week, 1 PM–10 PM
