The Tower Service Technician role suits technicians with RF, wireless communications, mechanical, and electrical aptitude. Responsibilities span radio diagnostics, structured cabling, wireless system installation, site surveys, tower inspections, and portable tower deployment. You will interpret schematics, use specialized test equipment, and maintain safety while working in hazardous environments. Manufacturer and on-the-job training are offered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and program radio communications systems
- Install structured cabling and fiber optic systems
- Service PTP and PTMP wireless installations




- Complete site surveys and tower inspections
- Tow and deploy portable towers and trailers

Requirements:

- RF and wireless communications knowledge
- Minimum three years of relevant telecommunications experience
- Networking standards and telecom requirements knowledge
- Full valid driver’s license and clean five-year abstract
- Successful background, drug, and alcohol screening
