Manage major roadworks, structures, and utility diversions on London’s HS2 project as a Section Manager with construction delivery expertise.
This Section Manager (Agent) oversees a major package on one of HS2’s two London railway stations. You will lead two Assistant Package Managers, coordinate design and subcontractors, and manage delivery documentation. The work involves highways, structures, utility interfaces, and NEC3 contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily package delivery and lead two Assistant Package Managers
- Coordinate subcontract design with package design management teams
- Track subcontractor deliverables and manage contract communications
- Manage Activity Readiness certification and documentation approvals
- Report progress, operatives, and plant accurately
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Proven highways, structures, and utility diversions experience
- Experience interfacing with Network Rail and TfL beneficial
- Experience with Thames Water or other utilities providers
- Experience with NEC3 contracts
