Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager drives sales, profitability, and overall store performance. You will manage daily operations, develop a motivated team, and maintain an on-brand experience. Success requires retail management, customer-first leadership, scheduling, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales and exceed targets through brand initiatives
- Coach, train, and develop the store team
- Manage scheduling for productive daily operations
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Support stocking, replenishment, and back-of-house tasks

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of retail or service management experience
- Deep interest in fashion and customer-first service
- Natural leadership approach and growth mindset
- Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
