Reporting to the Chief Estimator, this Mechanical Project Estimator supports estimating for large-scale plumbing and mechanical projects. You will review mechanical scopes, complete hydronic and plumbing piping details, and use on-screen takeoff software. The work also includes estimating databases, reports, and tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review drawings and specifications to understand mechanical project scopes
- Complete hydronic and plumbing piping scope on drawings
- Create materials and labour estimates using takeoff software




- Maintain estimating databases and prepare data reports
- Prepare tender submission documents as required

Requirements:

- Minimum two years estimating mechanical projects
- Proficiency with Quotesoft, BlueBeam, or Revizto preferred
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Legal entitlement to work full time hours in Canada
