As Hydrogeology Team Lead, you will balance technical quality, client satisfaction, team performance, and business development. You will provide expertise in hydrogeological assessments, contamination hydrogeology, groundwater resources, and water management projects. Your responsibilities include leading professionals, overseeing delivery, building relationships, and contributing to service line and sector plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare proposals and support business development plan execution
- Build client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery
