This temporary contract lasts up to four months and prepares you for an advisory career. You will receive coaching, develop business acumen, and gain practical experience with Sun Life Clients. The program supports growth toward an Advisor role or existing advisory team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work from a local Sun Life District office
- Learn Sun Life products, tools, processes, and practical skills
- Handle inbound and outbound Client calls
- Provide holistic life, health, and wealth solutions
- Complete business development activities and graduation preparations

Requirements:

- History of qualified, academic, or athletic achievements
- Passion for retail insurance and investment products
- Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- LLQP license or completed course and exam requirements
