As a Bodily Injury Claims Analyst, you will investigate liability, injuries, and accident damages while evaluating complex claims. You will negotiate resolutions, maintain reserves, and communicate with claimants, counsel, witnesses, health professionals, law enforcement, and forensic experts. The role supports TD Insurance’s national bodily injury portfolio, with travel required for mediations, pre-trials, trials, and other meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
