This Project Manager leads teams through complex delivery while managing stakeholder expectations and project controls. You will coach team members, support continuous improvement, prepare executive presentations, and escalate risks or issues promptly. Planview or similar project portfolio management experience is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams with guidance, coaching, and performance support
- Bring structure and direction to ambiguous initiatives
- Manage stakeholder relationships and senior sponsor engagement
- Control project changes through established management processes
- Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for executives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years project management experience
- Demonstrated coaching and team member development ability
- Experience managing difficult stakeholders and influencing VP-level leaders
- Proficiency managing project budgets and financial resources
- PMP certification or MBA preferred
