The Procurement and Purchasing Analyst I manages purchasing processes from requisition through supplier follow-up. The position applies SAP or SAP S/4HANA knowledge, sourcing analysis, commercial negotiation, contract coordination, and supplier performance management. It also supports process improvement, reporting, and purchasing governance across assigned categories.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain purchasing data, dashboards, quotations, and supporting evidence
- Analyze spend, markets, cost drivers, suppliers, and consolidation opportunities
- Coordinate supplier master-data, technical, financial, and safety reviews
- Monitor delivery, quality, service,



continuity, and purchase commitments
- Identify cost reductions, cost avoidance, and process improvements

Requirements:

- University degree in logistics, economics, international trade, or related field
- At least five years of relevant purchasing or sourcing experience
- Experience with RFI, RFP, RFQ, and bid comparison
- Knowledge of contracts, risk management, and project management
- Postgraduate education is preferred
