This two-year temporary assignment focuses on maintenance that improves reliability and minimizes downtime. Responsibilities include equipment inspection, repair, diagnosis, technical documentation, shutdown coordination, and compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Collaboration remains central to daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and troubleshoot rotating equipment
- Repair stationary mechanical equipment
- Recommend practical repairs to minimize downtime
- Read maintenance records and equipment specifications
- Follow permit and lockout procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum five years of gas plant operations experience
- Valid Journeyman Millwright ticket
- Demonstrated industrial mechanical repair experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Pre-employment medical and drug testing required
