As Team Lead Test Technician, you will manage test operators across day, evening, and weekend shifts. The position coordinates with lab schedulers and test engineers to meet deadlines and use resources effectively. It also supports automated testing, laboratory KPI improvement, operator training, and secure execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Test emotors, high-voltage inverters, and embedded software
- Manage test operators across multiple shifts
- Run handovers and daily stand-up meetings
- Monitor OTD, FTT, and laboratory uptime
- Train operators and maintain 5S standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or Operations management
- Seven years of relevant test lab or operations experience
- Five years of relevant team management experience
- Experience managing shift work and variable workforce coverage
- French and English proficiency, spoken and written
