WSP seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee complex projects and programs. You will manage performance, delivery strategy, risks, financials, quality, and client relationships. The work requires consulting experience, sound judgment, and leadership through technical complexity and competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
- Manage scope, schedule, cost, forecasts, risks, and changes
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and external partners
- Serve as primary client contact with timely communication




- Support proposals through scoping, scheduling, and estimating

Requirements:

- Significant project management experience in professional services
- Typically 15+ years of relevant project experience
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex client requirements
- Strong commercial, financial, communication, and leadership skills
- Relevant qualified designation or PMP certification where applicable
