Reporting to the Columbia Icefield General Manager, the Hotel Manager leads operations at Glacier View Lodge. The role combines business planning, budget management, service improvement, partner relationships, and talent development. It is based in office in Jasper National Park.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate on strategic and business planning implementation
- Keep hotel financial outlooks at or above plan
- Resolve cross-department service issues and operational challenges
- Develop standard operating procedures for safety and service
- Support succession planning and employee development processes





Requirements:

- Three to five years of strategic and operational management experience
- Post-secondary education in hospitality management or related discipline
- Extensive rooms division and front office background preferred
- Outstanding motivational skills, coaching ability, and team-building experience
- Commitment to learning, feedback, innovation, and improved work methods
