This leadership-focused role oversees jumbo drilling and bolting activities while supporting department and company objectives. You will lead a crew, communicate with surveyors, geologists, engineers, contractors, and site management, and help optimise drill patterns and metres. The position includes supervision, training, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:
