As Director, Faith Community Engagement, you will create a sustained strategy for connecting faith leaders with Cardus. The role combines project management, public communication, and cross-organizational collaboration. Frequent travel is required, with four days in the office and one work-from-home day weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create a strategy for continuous network development
- Keep faith-leader relationships active and mutually beneficial
- Connect organizations with Cardus research and policy
- Collaborate across Cardus to expand reach
- Engage donors alongside the VP of Philanthropy
