Build AI-powered go-to-market systems at Poka, connecting Salesforce, automation platforms, and commercial teams across a hybrid or remote model.

As Poka’s first GTM Engineer, you will make AI central to marketing, sales, pre-sales, and customer success operations. You will build production AI agents, automate workflows, integrate systems, and create reporting that helps teams sell and serve customers better. The position requires hands-on work with Salesforce, APIs, webhooks, and scripting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design AI agents across the complete go-to-market lifecycle
- Integrate Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, and 6sense
- Build dashboards showing process gaps and inefficiencies
- Test experiments, measure results, and scale winning approaches




- Drive adoption of existing AI and tooling

Requirements:

- Three or more years in GTM Engineering or similar roles
- Production experience building with LLMs and AI agents
- Solid Salesforce data models, APIs, automation, and reporting knowledge
- Experience with GTM tools and automation platforms
- Python, JavaScript, or SQL scripting experience
