Working with I.D.A. Pharmacy, you will practice clinical pharmacy within a pharmacist-led healthcare organization. The position includes chronic and acute medication therapy management, clinical interventions, dispensing oversight, and healthcare education. Collaboration with physicians, clinics, and multidisciplinary teams supports coordinated care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct clinical assessments and manage medication therapy
- Provide comprehensive patient counseling and drug information

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy
