Lead SAP SuccessFactors LMS delivery remotely through testing, data loads, and go-live support for an Alberta-based client project. Apply five years of hands-on functional expertise across a twelve-month engagement.

This experienced Functional Consultant will support full-cycle Learning Management System implementations. The work covers configuration, design reviews, gap analysis, UAT coordination, and post-implementation hypercare. Strong knowledge of items, courses, curricula, programs, assignments, assessments, notifications, security roles, and reporting is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate UAT, test scripts, business users, execution support, and defect triage
- Review designs and document solution gaps against business requirements
- Execute unit, integrated, and end-to-end LMS testing




- Support data preparation, loads, reconciliation, and error resolution
- Assist cutover, go-live, hypercare, issue resolution, and knowledge transfer

Requirements:

- Five years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors LMS functional experience
- SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification
- Full-cycle LMS implementation experience through testing and go-live
- Experience with LMS data loads and connectors
- Robust knowledge of core LMS functionality and security roles
