Lead financial reporting and investment accounting in a hybrid Associate Director role requiring one office day weekly. Strengthen controls across multiple entities. This experienced finance leader oversees accounting and reporting functions in a complex, multi-entity workplace.

The role covers consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, regulatory compliance, and financial stewardship. Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will support organizational decision-making while developing accounting practices and teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare pension statements, management reports, filings, and audit documentation
- Oversee general ledger integrity, consolidations, and financial close
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and variance reporting




- Coordinate external audits and regulatory compliance requirements
- Strengthen controls, accounting policies, processes, and financial systems Requirements:
- CPA designation required
- Five to eight years of progressive finance experience
- Three or more years in a leadership role
- Multi-entity reporting and consolidation experience
