Reporting to the AVP, Ancillary Services, this Associate Director provides leadership across marketing, communications, digital, and partnership initiatives. The position develops measurable plans, strengthens brand awareness, improves customer engagement, and supports revenue growth. It also manages budgets, reporting, analysis, and recommendations for evidence-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop strategic marketing and business development plans

Lead integrated campaigns, communications, digital, and sponsorship initiatives

Build relationships with internal and external strategic partners





Oversee content across digital and traditional channels

Establish performance indicators, targets, and measurement frameworks

Requirements

Undergraduate degree or equivalent education and experience

Leadership experience in marketing and communications

Expertise in strategic marketing, brand management, and campaign planning

Solid analytical, communication, presentation, and editing skills

Advanced Microsoft Office and marketing technology proficiency
