Coordinate addictions recovery and crisis supports at STWC, combining assessment, advocacy, referrals, and documentation for clients in Eden Valley.

The Recovery Coordinator provides case management and recovery-oriented care for individuals, families, and community members. You will assess needs, create wellness plans, coordinate services, and provide follow-up for substance use, mental health, trauma, and grief concerns. The position also delivers prevention, education, intervention, and relapse prevention programming.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete client assessments and individualized recovery planning
- Coordinate referrals to treatment and emergency supports
- Provide crisis intervention and safety planning
- Facilitate individual and group recovery sessions




- Prepare reports and monitor program outcomes

Requirements:

- Degree, diploma, or certificate in addictions or related discipline
- Experience facilitating individual and group programming
- Knowledge of recovery-oriented care and crisis intervention
- Solid organizational, reporting, and relationship-building skills
- Class 5 licence, transportation, and required background checks
