As a recognized product expert, you will support national portfolios through research, feasibility analysis, risk mitigation, and deliverable execution. The position emphasizes critical thinking, communication, and relationship building across business stakeholders, project teams, and external partners. You will also provide technical coaching while helping improve operational efficiency and maintain a client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and mitigate product risks across initiatives
- Facilitate negotiations with internal and external partners
- Support portfolio profitability through issue analysis

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of insurance workplace experience
- Underwriting, claims, or analytics background
- Related postsecondary education with CIP or FCIP progress
- Agile experience; Agile certification is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder relationship skills
